Horrible service an you always leave broke an with a new noise an problem
Staff was very courteous, knowledgeable, friendly. They were fast and accurate. Definitely a great place to take your vehicle for service and repairs.
He was very quick and fair. I am not from Kentucky, so, when my car broke down, the owner had to know that I was not likely to return again. Despite that, he got my car going promptly. I am very appreciative.
Whether it be from incompetence or looking to take advantage of my lack of knowledge with vehicles, needless to say I won't be sending my car there should it break down again. And I wouldn't recommend anyone else going there too.
I recently took my car up to Jeff Lee to get it looked at after it wouldn't start. After having it for a couple of days, they said that it was the timing chain that was the culprit and estimated the repair at $1400 (they said something needed to be replaced for $2000 but I don't think it was needed to get the car running). I was ready to just replace the car but on my Aunt's recommendation, I had the car taken down to Quality Auto. While it did take a couple of weeks to get the car looked like, it was well worth it as they determined it was the temperature gauge and some spark pugs with the total cost being around $286.
I've took my BMW there 2 times so far and will be back there are very good cause I'm very picky where I take my car they fix only what u tell them too and if they are something will let u know and there shop is very clean and they are very nice
