Ya the cars and trucks look nice but I just got a 2003 Chevy Avalanche and it has a hundred and fifty-seven thousand miles on it CD player doesn't work inside dome lights have a short along with door lights and license plate lights. After I purchase the car I drove it to O'Reilly to have it checked out as far as the oil and all when I check the oil there wasn't any on the stick. The motor has a chatter to it when I first drove off in it because there was no oil. They told me after 3 days or about three days if I didn't like the vehicle I could bring it back and now they're saying that I'm stuck with it. I called corporate and they told me that I was able to get my truck back along with my other belongings that I had brought in for a trade in value the dealership is telling me that that is not true that I cannot come back and get my belongings. I'm paying a little over $18,000 for this truck. If there wasn't so many Cosmetics wrong with the truck it might be worth the buy. But it's nowhere near $18000 worth. I got messed over bad. First truck I buy and it turns out to be junk. The truck is back at the carlot to be worked on. Drove it home and back to the lot. How do car lot people do a customer this way?? Me an my girl are very unhappy....I'll never buy a car from them again..
They did nothing but lie to us and try to screw us from the start. And nobody but the girl at the front desk has ANY idea what the hell they're even doing!!!!!
We bought a 2007 Jeep Commader It has left me stranded on the side of the 4 times since March. First time was 1 month to the day i bought it. Had to have it towed. They took it to repair shop which had it for about one week give or take. Said they could find any thing wrong. Drove it for about one more month driving to work one morning. Jeep shut down (again). Had to have it towed again. This time they found a bad alternator so new alternator and battery. One month or so later I start my Jeep drive 6 miles. Go inside store was in and out 10 minutes tops. Jeep would not turn over. Lights would work radio would play, but would not start. I called they said they would send tow out this was 3 days ago. Still waiting. No tow truck and no phone call from said Office worker. I did however get the jeep to start. I googled the message (transmission over temp). Found out what to do. had to unhook battery let computer reset. Then it started. ran OK for the next 2 days. Guess what I was attempting to get home on Labor day. Jeep would not start again. Again I get message that said Transmission over temp. Of course could not call any one at dealership as they was closed on Labor day. So i was able to take it to them just this morning. Left it in their parking lot. Also I have water standing in my floor board from where the windshield is leaking. Lets hope they make it right.
