Overall very unprofessional and severely lacking in integrity. Bought a trade-in ATV and was told the noise in the engine was how a Polaris was supposed to sound. I only put about 5 hours on it and the thing completely crapped out. Of course they are unwilling to do ANYTHING. and the salesman threatened to hit me and then told me to get the "blank" out of his store. I definitely would not recommend this business.

My husband and I had been traveling on the road (on our Harleys) for a month.We pulled off to the side of the road to check our map and my husbands bike was smoking up front and under the gas tank. We called the closest cycle shop, Mike's Cycle World. Not only did they come out and trailer the bike in they didn't charge us for the tow. Jonathan was so nice and concerned. He did not want us stranded on the highway. Just by his actions and our small talk I can tell you he is a definite asset to your business. We can not thank him or your business enough.
