Ordered flowers for a funeral it was the worst arrangement I have ever seen. So disappointed called to talk with staff very rude and called back to speak with Jeff as instructed his only response was, " Sorry we can't make everyone happy " $ 140.00 down the drain...totally unsatisfied.
