I recently bought from this shop expecting a certain bouquet of flowers, they called to tell me that the flowers that came in weren't in the best shape. No big deal, not necessarily their fault. I did pay almost $60 for this bouquet and could not get them anywhere else in time. They offered those flowers that were good with a mix of other flowers that I DID NOT want. For that I asked that I could receive a partial refund. The flowers they were mixing in weren't of value of the flowers I first bought and again, they were NOT what I wanted. I had to call them a couple times to get everything situated with my girlfriend, it being for prom and all. Truthfully, not once getting smart with them I even told them I'm not mad at them mistakes happen. When I went in to talk to the woman I had it set up with, I unfortunately agreed to having the mix of flowers instead of what I PAID for in the beginning, I said nonhatefully, "I do believe a partial refund was appropriate," and before I could say anything else, in front of multiple customers the associate who is ALSO THE OWNER, threw her hands up and said I WILL NOT ARGUE WITH YOU ANYMORE ABOUT THIS, when not once I raised my tone of voice to her or even argued her, she opened the register and gave me a $20. And said here you go. Like I made the mistake?? SAD way to treat a customer,SAD way to deal with business especially if your in the fault. Makes me wonder what if it was for a wedding? Dont waste your time with that place. If there was 0 stars I would give it.

I was very disappointed to see a picture of a delivery that was made for me. I requested a $65 fruit/snack/nut basket to be delivered. As you look at the picture, I think you will agree that it was not at all worthy of that kind of money- the amount or the presentation. The total was $69 to include delivery.
