No matter what DO NOT do business with Dwayne Pierce or Caldwell Banker. He is dishonest and unethical. Please save yourself pain and suffering and shop with ANY other Realtor.
I was not going to write a review, but I keep find things wrong with house a year later after I have moved in. If you are a seller, this guy will help you sell your house. If you are a buyer, beware. I had to negotiate with the sellers in obtaining the keys after the signing. They left the keys in the house with the door unlocked. I did not realize that a motel was in my backyard as well as I share the septic tank with the motel. During the first month I moved in, the septic tank overflowed and the front window leaked when it rained. My first day of moving in was a nightmare. The sellers left urine on the floor of one bathroom. They left the appliances as we agreed. However, under the washer and dryer was lint, dog hair, and dried liquid laundry detergent. The living room and all three bedrooms had gashes in the walls. So, I have had repair and repaint the walls. The sellers left junk in the attic. I have still have to remove stuff. The sellers tried to repair the fiberglass bathtubs. The sellers' dogs chewed the horizontal blinds in the kitchen. The keys did not work in the door. I had to replaced the locks. The drawers in the refrigerator are cracked. They painted the toilet seats. I did not see or know any of this when I walked through with the inspectors. My advice is bring someone with you when you are looking at a house. Look at the house before you sign on the dotted lines. Don't have a realtor who represents you and the seller, because his interests will be with the sellers. Mostly importantly, do NOT buy from this guy.
