Love coming here !!! It's close to home and people here are real considerate. One of my favorites to go to for a good Movie.
I don’t understand there’s no theaters for miles around. Obviously a market is here. But lack of investment, means lack of profit.
2 Parts of the screen were blocked by parts of the curtain hanging down in theater 2. Speakers would malfunction and buzz and crackle. Seats were busted and simply covered with garbage bags. These things are completely deplorable and have been damaged for some time with no change, we’ll.... unless you count the fact things seem to be getting worse.
Friendly staff. Prices are a little high. Needs upgrading but still a good place to watch a movie. Ive seen worse.
Picture not up to par with other theaters neither is sound. Looks dirty but a large part is it needs a complete remodeling. Some places on the wall are duct tape that has been painted over, guessing it's bad hole repairs. The Marquee was removed or just came off because of storm and from what I understand they have no interest in putting it back up. So it's Marquee without a Marquee, just proof they are doing nothing right. The staff only good thing going for them. The place needs a good demolishing.
It is 30 minutes further to bowling green for me. But highland cinema has made it clear that it cares not for my business.
This theater has steadily gone down hill. It is obvious that no money is being spent toward maintenance. The carpets are worn out and dirty. The bathrooms are deplorable. Never enough staff for the concession counter so the waits are always long. Some of the screens are damaged. The wall coverings are coming down in several of the theaters. The parking lot is in desperate need of repair. Several of the chairs are damaged and they have simply put garbage bags over them to prevent people from using them. Others have arm rests that are broken and seat bottoms that are slanted and uncomfortable.
