Will NEVER and I mean NEVER return to this store. Lack of help, lack of compassion and sincerity, lack of knowledge, and lack of professionalism. Jamie, Cathie, you two suck. I've never in my life came into contact with two employees who were more arrogant assholes. Never again. I'll drive to bowling green or Nashville if need be.
They will make u wait forever...very poor customer service...especially if you r trying to get a prepaid phone

Very knowledgeable & helpful staff. There has always been a waiting period every time I go there, sometimes as long as 30 minutes. Waiting is usually due to not enough staff for the amount of customers that they have.
