We left our car (with minor rear fender damage) at SOKY Collision Repair of Glasgow. They told us it would be ready by Tuesday. We still needed that source of transportation for work and it was literally impossible to even rent an older model vehicle from them. When we called today, Tuesday, January 3rd, they informed us that it wouldn't be ready until "tomorrow... LATE". Stated in a tone as if we were an inconvenience to them, when we were the ones without transportation for a week. A little tact and consideration is important in business, and theirs is quite poor.
