walked in to the business looking to hire a car for a three day trip. I was told the hertz representative was out for an hour and a half lunch. Called later from home the same day and was put on hold for ten mins, called back and was put on hold again. Called back one more time in attempt to rent a car from them and was hung up on by Misty and her colleges. I just can't believe this place would have any business at this rate. I'll be renting elsewhere.
This location is no longer open. I had a reservation with them and they didn't even bother to call and tell me they were closing.
