Heck i thought it couldn't get any worse after i left the sister location down the street, but terrible service great bank ideals! The people working here Glasgow need hospitality training!
Love the bank but customer service could be worked on. I try to avoid contact through the drive through at all costs. The ladies inside the offices are so nice, though and helpful. If it weren't for them I would NOT stay. The bank is great about fraud detection and no fees.
