I've filed my taxes here a few years in a row, wanting someplace more professional where am self-employed. We file married filing jointly and I own a business. The lady provides advice and encouragement as I adjust to accounting for my business. Tax filing goes smoothly and usually completed under an hour, but I do have everything super organized. I feel they are a bit pricey at $150 for filing prep and $25 for things such as sales tax (I do myself though) and property tax filing, but I'd had free preparation for years elsewhere before my business so have no comparison. I'd prefer the fee was based upon income level. If it already is, yikes as we grow! The location is bizarre, but not busy. The building looks brand new and is clean. I am allowed to bring my children which is very convenient for me. My husband is able to sign later where he works so much. They can be reached by phone or email when you have questions. Last year I'd posted on Facebook looking for a cheaper preparer, but they were the option most highly recommended.
